Perungalathur Branch Library
Since 1969, the Perungalathur library works as model Library from the day one. The Journey of the Library is the rational approach to reach the people and society to increase the Reading habit. The habit is now developed as conventional stage, as the library is a “Model Library”. Initially the Library was started with 300 books on 28-3-1969. Now it has increased to 35,000 Books, with 4000 Members and 188 Thousand Rupees Donors. Even the day one of republic India, the root cause of the society is the communication gap. The Perungalathur Library always differs from others. The Reading habit is constantly high. The only and single indication is the Library.
